The performance and throughput depend on the viscosity of your product and the size of the containers to be filled. The information on the volume flow in the product descriptions of the individual machines helps as a guide. However, a figure of 500 to 800 containers per hour can be roughly estimated.
Which container sizes can be filled with FILLOGY machines? The machines can be programmed in increments of 0.1g up to a quantity of 50g and from 50g in increments of 1g up to 32kg.
Can I connect the machine directly to my storage tank? This is not a problem in the majority of cases. We will be happy to help you select the right valve / connection. However, the basic requirement for a connection is that the storage container is not located above the filling machine (principle of communicating tubes).

No. We advise all our customers to randomly check the fillings with a calibrated scale.
Yes. All product-touching parts used when filling food are food-safe.
No solid, carbonated or caustic products can be filled.
Yes. The machine provides input and output signals that are needed for integration into a PLC.
Depending on the machine, this varies from 1% to a maximum of 3% and is therefore within the scope of the legal regulations. Please also note our product descriptions.
The machine must be cleaned after each use. All parts that come into contact with the product can be removed and disassembled within five minutes. Then all parts are cleaned in the dishwasher.
Basically, we recommend replacing all seals every 20,000 kg or at least once a year.
Our filling systems are extremely durable. Thanks to the well thought-out design, it is possible to replace worn or defective parts instead of having to replace the entire machine. However, regular maintenance is a prerequisite for a long service life.
Your first point of contact is the dealer from whom you purchased the machine. He will help you with questions and problems.
On the one hand, a detailed manual is supplied with each machine that describes the structure in detail. On the other hand, many of our dealers also offer an installation service.
It is possible to fill several products on one machine. With different viscosities and containers, it may be necessary to convert the filling machine. The conversion options for the individual machines can be found in the product descriptions. Our dealers will be happy to advise you in detail.
Our filling systems require a footprint of around 60 cm2.
Operation with a solar panel is theoretically possible. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer a corresponding module from our company. However, this is a work in progress.

FILLOGY® has been specially developed for the needs of direct marketers, manufacturers and small to medium-sized businesses. We have also structured our prices accordingly. Please understand that we cannot give a general price indication at this point. We would be happy to make you an individual offer free of charge with the right machine and accessories for you.
We do not offer any financing ourselves. However, this is possible via an external financial service provider. We have already had positive experiences with e.g. GRENKE and abcfinance GmbH.
The delivery time for our standard machines is usually one to two weeks. Custom-made products usually take a little longer.

With your bottling plant you will receive a manual that describes the commissioning in detail. If you still experience problems, please contact your dealer.
