From compact benchtop units to integrated production lines — the modular Fillogy® system grows with your needs
The Fillogy® Neo is the heart of the system: a compact filling machine with a footprint of 35 × 35 cm that dispenses with precision—regardless of whether the products are liquid, free-flowing, or paste-like. It is the starting point. Each business decides for itself what to do next. Rotary tables and workstations can be added as extensions at any time—or configured as part of a complete solution right from the start. There is no prescribed path.
Rotary Tables: Fewer Steps, Higher Throughput
Rotary tables eliminate the need for the operator to manually position the containers. Empty containers are placed on the turntable; a sensor detects their position and automatically stops the table at the filling point. The filled containers collect in the center and are removed by hand—or, in the version with an open railing, transferred directly to the next process step, such as capping or labeling.
Fillogy® Auto S – this compact turntable with a diameter of 65 cm is particularly well-suited for small containers with an opening diameter of 8 mm or more, such as vials or small jars commonly used in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. As a benchtop unit, it takes up little space; it is optionally available with a rollable stand. For businesses operating in limited spaces or starting out with smaller containers, it is a cost-effective entry-level solution.
Fillogy® Auto M – this large turntable with a 100-cm diameter is the standard solution for semi-automatic operation. It can hold up to 65 containers at a time (e.g., 500-gram jars) and offers maximum flexibility in the production area thanks to its transport rollers. The version with an open railing allows it to be integrated into downstream processes such as capping or labeling. Both versions are delivered ready for operation.
The Workstation: The Entire Filling Process Performed by a Single Person
The Fillogy® Workstation integrates container feeding and filling into a compact unit that can be operated by a single person. Empty containers are fed via an adjustable feed tray, and filled containers are conveyed via a transfer tray —optionally directly to the Fillogy® capping machine, which is available as an add-on. The workstation is particularly well-suited for businesses that want to implement a complete filling process in a compact unit.
The Right Combination for Your Business
Whether as a standalone benchtop unit, a benchtop unit with a turntable, or as a complete workstation solution—the Fillogy® system adapts to your needs, not the other way around. A consultation will help you determine which combination makes the most sense for your operation: You can find an overview of all the options on our automation page.
