Is now the right time for a filling machine?
An honest answer to the question that concerns many companies – before they make a decision. Take the self-test and calculate whether it’s worth it for you

Am I ready for a Fillogy® filling machine?
Take the self-test. Select all the statements that apply to your company.
I bottle / fill more than 150–200 containers per week
Glasses, Bottles, Cups — no matter what form
Cleaning, setup and dismantling take longer than the bottling / filling process
Set-up and cleaning times take up more capacity than the actual filling process
My fill levels vary — to be on the safe side, I fill up more than is necessary
Filling too much can cost up to 10% more for the same batch size
I would like to expand my product range or production
Growth is planned or already evident
Large orders are almost impossible to handle manually
Large orders requiring short-notice delivery place a heavy burden on us
My bottling operations stand or fall on the staff — that makes planning difficult and is a real strain on my nerves
Absenteeism and a lack of motivation lead to unreliable results

What does a Fillogy® filling machine cost - and when does it pay off?
Depending on the configuration, a Fillogy® tabletop machine costs between €6,000 and €8,000 net. The decisive difference to manual filling lies not only in the speed, but also in the precision: those who fill manually usually fill a little too much to be on the safe side. The machine doses precisely – in practice, this means up to 10% more saleable units from the same batch.
Added to this is the time saving: at least one second per container compared to manual filling – often significantly more for chunky or foaming products. A turntable completely eliminates the majority of manual handling during filling. This time can be invested directly in capping, labeling or other tasks.
Do the math below with your own figures.
Enter annual sales to calculate total ROI.
More precise dosing: the same batch yields more saleable product. Wage saving: 1 s/container faster. Amortisation results from wage saving + additional sales.
Enter annual sales to calculate total ROI.
85% automation (set-up and inspection remain manual). Additional sales only for new customers. Payback on retrofitting applies only to the turntable price.
Note: All calculations are based on estimated values and typical empirical values from practice. Actual savings and amortization times may vary considerably depending on the product, filling process, container size and individual operating conditions. The calculator is for guidance only and does not replace a binding calculation.

“We discovered Fillogy® on social media and it was the best decision for our production. Our previous machine simply couldn’t handle our thick syrup. With Fillogy, that’s no longer a problem. The shipping from Dresden to Canada went smoothly. The machine itself is very user friendly and the customer service is excellent. We are completely satisfied and look forward to adding the turntable when the time is right and we have more space in our work area.”
This is what newcomers ask most often before they order - honest answers, no marketing speak.
All standard wear parts are available from stock in Dresden. Orders received by 12 noon are dispatched on the same day. The delivery time to Germany, Austria and Switzerland is typically 1-3 working days. In urgent cases, simply give us a call and we will find a solution.
Yes, via our demo program. Send us a product sample (approx. 500-1,000 g) or show us your product via video. We will fill it in the recommended configuration and tell you the result honestly – including an assessment of whether the machine is suitable for your product. Free of charge and without obligation.
Most standard configurations are available from stock. Customized or more complex configurations typically have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Once we have received your order, we will give you a binding delivery date – usually already in the quotation.
The standard scope of delivery includes Base unit with control unit, the pump head ordered, the appropriate container or hose set, power supply unit for 230V connection, complete operating instructions in German and CE declaration of conformity. Specific scope of delivery depending on configuration on request or shown in the offer.
No – Fillogy® is designed from the ground up to be easy to use. With the included manual and our exclusive cloud training videos for new customers, you’ll be up and running quickly and confidently.
How is the service organized in everyday life?
Fillogy® works with a clever two-roller system:
- Administrator: Creates the recipe for the product to be filled once (filling quantity, speed, retraction, etc.) and carries out the calibration.
- Employees: Start the filling process at the touch of a button – without any prior technical knowledge or administrator rights.
What if I need support?
Our training videos can be accessed at any time via the cloud – whether for training new employees or as a quick refresher. Compact knowledge, exactly when you need it.
No. This is a deliberate design decision. All parts that come into contact with the product can be assembled and disassembled. A pump head change takes less than 5 minutes. Calibration after a product change takes less than 10 minutes. You do not need a maintenance contract or a service technician for routine tasks.
No, because it is not necessary. The Fillogy® is designed for independent maintenance by the operator. If you clean regularly and replace wearing parts as required, there are no recurring service costs. Support is still available to existing customers at no additional cost.
Yes, that is one of the main advantages of the modular system. With two different pump heads, you can switch between different viscosity classes on one base unit. The changeover takes less than 5 minutes. For very different products (e.g. low-viscosity and pasty), it may also make sense to change the motor. The best way to find out what is possible in your specific case is to talk to us. Describe your products to us and we will tell you directly which configuration makes sense.
The statutory warranty applies in accordance with German law (24 months for new purchases by companies from consumers; in the B2B area in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions). In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our support team directly. We will quickly clarify whether repair, partial exchange or replacement is the most sensible solution.
The Fillogy® is documented for food businesses with HACCP obligations: all parts that come into contact with the product are made of food-compliant 316L stainless steel and food-safe sealing materials, dishwasher-safe, CE-certified. The complete technical documentation is supplied and can be used for your HACCP documentation. If you have specific questions about risk analysis, please do not hesitate to contact us.
After delivery, we will guide you through the commissioning process – the machine comes pre-configured and complete instructions in German are included. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., by phone and email, without a ticket system. We respond within 24 hours.
The running costs can be planned: there is no maintenance contract because none is necessary – all wearing parts can be replaced without tools and can be delivered from stock in Dresden within 48 hours. A defect never means a total failure, but the replacement of a single module. Please ask us for a complete cost estimate for your configuration.
The difference becomes apparent when something goes wrong: Spare parts from Asia have longer delivery times, support is provided in English across time zones and the documentation is often machine-translated. With Fillogy®, spare parts are available from stock in Germany, support is in German and directly accessible, CE certification and complete documentation are included. The purchase price is one line – operation over five years is the actual investment.
Send us a product sample or show us your product on video – we will fill it to the recommended configuration and tell you the result honestly. This is free of charge and without obligation. We have no interest in selling a machine that is not suitable for your product.
Changing the pump head and cleaning all parts that come into contact with the product takes less than ten minutes – without tools, without technicians. Product changes in the middle of the working day are therefore realistic without having to sacrifice an entire production block. This is a measurable advantage, especially for companies with several products or seasonal batches.
The Fillogy® has been deliberately designed so that new employees can learn it in less than 30 minutes – no complex menus, no machine-specific operations that only insiders know. The operating instructions in German are clear and practical. A machine that requires expert knowledge creates a dependency that you don’t need.
Changes in raw material consistency affect the filling result – this applies to every machine. With the Fillogy®, the response is fast: test filling, weight check on the external scales, brief readjustment on the controller – it takes just a few minutes without the need for a specialist. If you are unsure about a new raw material, just give us a call.
No – the basic unit you buy today is the same as the one on which a turntable, agitator or lifting module will be mounted later. The path from manual individual filling to semi-automatic series filling is a gradual expansion on the same investment basis. Many of our customers start small and expand within one to two years – without throwing away a single screw of the original machine.
Do you still have questions?
We have already answered many questions openly and honestly. The self-test and the cost calculator have certainly also contributed to more clarity in the decision-making process.
