Fillogy® Hub S / Hub M
The Fillogy® Hub S and Hub M enable precise and automated under-mirror filling, in which the filling point is located directly inside the container rather than above it. In this process, a filling lance is immersed into the container, initiates the filling process, and slowly withdraws while filling. The Hub S module is designed for filling depths of just a few centimeters and is ideal, for example, for small cosmetic jars, while the Hub M module allows for filling depths of up to 10 cm. The appropriate module is selected based on the product, viscosity, and fill volume. This technology ensures:

Fillogy® Agitator
The Fillogy® agitator ensures uniform filling of products whose components separate quickly, such as pesto, in which oil settles on top of the herbs. Without continuous mixing, the components would separate, causing the more liquid portion to be filled first.
The agitator is flexibly mounted above the filling hopper or cooking kettle and ensures:

Fillogy® Screwdriver
The Fillogy® Screwdriver is the latest addition to the Fillogy® functional modules and was developed to overcome the shortcomings of existing solutions. Conventional screwdrivers often provide either too much torque or insufficient adjustment options. The Fillogy® screwdriver solves these problems and also protects against health issues such as tendonitis that can result from manual screwdriving.
Place the container directly under the capping head, and position the lid straight over the container opening. Pressing down on the lever causes the capping head to rotate and press down on the lid in a controlled manner. If the contact pressure is too high, the capper automatically shuts off to prevent damage.

Fillogy® Tubular Pouch Filling
The Fillogy® tube-bag filling module enables the precise filling of a wide variety of products into tube bags, also known as squeeze pouches. Typical applications include products such as yogurt, applesauce, and liquid soap.
The tubular pouch holder is connected directly to the outlet of the pump head. The empty tubular pouch is hung in the holder, and the filling nozzle is inserted into the pouch. Filling is started using a foot switch. After filling, the filled tubular pouch is simply removed from the holder.
