That’s exactly when our in-house manufacturing facility in Dresden steps in.
In-house manufacturing means we can customize our products—without creating new dependencies.
The Fillogy® is designed so that its operation does not depend on us as the supplier: no special connections, no specialized technicians. A customization does not change this. Because we develop and manufacture the machine ourselves in Dresden—using metal and plastic—we can make adjustments exactly where they will truly benefit your process. The machine remains self-contained; customization simply makes it a better fit.
Four adjustments we often make.
Direct connection of the storage tank
Products are drawn directly from the storage tank. Upon request, we will custom-manufacture the appropriate connection for your boiler or valve specifically for you.
Custom-Made Container Racks
Not every container can stand on its own—bags, conical cups, or containers with round bottoms tip over easily. That’s why we manufacture holders that keep your containers securely in place during filling.
Conveyor belt outlets at the turntable
To ensure that filled containers continue moving smoothly, we install discharge chutes from the rotary table onto your conveyor belt. This allows the Fillogy® to integrate seamlessly into an existing or expanding production line.
Working with Your Automation Provider
Do you already have an integrator or system integrator? We provide the interfaces and coordinate directly with your team—instead of locking you into a closed system.
