Turntable Fillogy® Auto S
The Auto S rotary table is the ideal solution for the precise filling of small containers, such as those required for high-quality products in the cosmetics industry. As a compact tabletop device, it requires little space and fits perfectly into confined production environments.
Optionally equipped with a transport roller set, the Auto S turntable is mobile and enables flexible application options. Optimize your filling processes with this space-saving and efficient device, specially developed for small filling quantities and maximum precision.
Fillogy® Auto M turntable with closed railing
The Auto M turntable with a diameter of 100 cm is the perfect solution for the efficient filling of containers in semi-automatic production processes. Equipped with transport rollers, it offers maximum flexibility and mobility, ideal for dynamic production environments.
The empty containers are placed on the turntable. They are moved below the filling point. The sensor detects the containers. The turntable is stopped and filling is started. The full containers then collect in the middle of the table and are removed by hand.
Fillogy® Auto M turntable with open railing
The Auto M turntable with open railing is an excellent solution for the efficient filling of containers in fully automated production processes. Equipped with machine feet, it offers maximum stability when interlinking production processes.
The operating principle is the same as for the other rotary tables. However, here the full containers are transferred to the next process step, e.g. capping or labeling, after filling through the exit.
Fillogy® Workstation
The workstation enables the entire filling process to be carried out by a single person as far as possible. The Fillogy® capping machine is available as an option.
The container feeder with sufficient storage space for the containers to be filled is located in front of the filling machine. The angle of the infeed plate on this infeed is adjustable and can therefore be adapted to the packs. After the filling machine, the filled packs are fed to the optionally available capper via a transition plate. The capped containers can then be placed on a separate side table, for example, or prepared for labeling.
