The bottling of spirits and liqueurs requires specific solutions, as the viscosity of the products can vary from thin to slightly viscous. The areas of application cover a wide range of products:

Our Fillogy® is offered in two of the three available liquid configurations and is therefore very versatile.
Liquid XS configuration: For small containers such as 100 ml knocker bottles
Liquid S configuration: For larger bottles up to a volume of 1,000 ml
This flexibility has already convinced numerous exclusive distilleries. Our filling machines also process fruit wines and mead without any problems, with one important exception: carbonated drinks cannot be filled due to the pump technology used.
Egg and chocolate liqueurs pose a particular challenge, as their viscosity can vary greatly – from runny to pudding-like. Precise knowledge of the viscosity is therefore crucial for selecting the right filling machine.
When bottling cocktails, not only the viscosity but also the foaming behavior and composition must be taken into account. Products with a high fruit content foam more than alcohol-based cocktails, while cocktails with cream or egg have additional requirements.
